And on a related note...

Anyone know of jurisdictions that extend the one family-one worker model beyond child welfare to include kids involved in the juvenile justice system, food stamps and income assistance, other government programs??

    Wow, wouldn't that be nice?? The closest thing I can think of is a GAL, and from what I've heard, not all GAL programs are run the same way. The one I used to work with was close to that, although the judges in juvenile weren't officially required to listen to us.
