Going with the flow

One of the frustrating things about not knowing when Sabrina will go to live with her dad? I want to sign her up for gymnastics, but I don't want to spend the money to register her if she will go to the first class (or not even!) and then go to live in another state.

Oh well, if this is my biggest problem, we've done well.

(It isn't my biggest problem, my sink full of dishes is my biggest problem, but you get my point.)

  1. I'm having the same quandary with summer camps. Mark and Nikki will 99% go back this summer, but exactly when is anyone's guess, and summer camp signups are now. So I sure hate to have them sit at home while the other two big kids go, but I can't justify the wasted money if they are already back then.

But for your situation, could you talk to the director about allowing you a refund if Sabrina does go home in the middle of the session? I'm sure they could understand the situation, and if they don't want to, maybe another gym in town will?

Just one of the many problems foster kids have to deal with, through no fault of their own, huh?
